ISO 8611 Pallet Corner Drop Test
We will conduct a corner drop test of the pallet in accordance with the specifications outlined in ISO 8611.
Our company conducts corner drop tests on pallets in accordance with the testing methods specified in ISO 8611. This test is similar to the JIS standard tests, where the same corner of the pallet is dropped three times from a height of 50 mm, after which the diagonal length of the pallet is measured to check for changes in rate. While the JIS Z 0602 pallet tests only specify four test items, ISO 8611 is broadly categorized into the following three groups, each with further subdivided test items: 1. Nominal load tests (Top/Bottom Bending, Forklifting, Compression for Block, Stacking, etc.) 2. Maximum working load tests (Top/Bottom/Airbag Bending, Forklifting, Stacking, etc.) 3.
